Enhancing the Capacity to Improve Service Delivery

The KEPHIS Procurement Department participated in a three-day training from 23rd-25th October 2024 at KEPHIS Nakuru. The training provided an overview of the procurement legal framework, equipping staff with knowledge on the procurement process, preparation of procurement plans, inventory control, assets and stores management, contract management, and asset disposal. This initiative reflects the Service’s commitment to enhancing the capacity of procurement staff for improved service delivery.
