Performance Contracts for the 2023/2024 Financial year

Headquarters, Nairobi - Today, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development Hon. Mithika Linturi witnessed the signing of performance contracts for the 2023/2024 financial year with Chairmen and Managing Directors/CEOs of State Corporations in the Ministry. KEPHIS was represented by Board Chairman Hon. Joseph M'eruaki and other board members. Performance contracts are documents which state corporations sign with their ministries; they contain targets to be achieved in a particular financial year. For KEPHIS, the targets are as per our mandate of seed certification, protection of plant varieties, phytosanitary services and analyses of agro-inputs and produce.
